Returns Policy
- In case of Buyer's Remorse(not product fault), within one month after product received, after confirmation by Retevis, The first customers can return it for a partial refund. Buyers are required to afford round-trip freight, and 15% restocking fee will be deducted also. Refund will be done after we received the package and checked everything not effect the second sale.

After confirmation by Retevis, you can return it for a replacement of new product or full refund, buyers are required to afford the return shipping fee, Retevis afford the reship shipping fee.
