- In case of Buyer's Remorse(not product fault), within one month after product received, after confirmation by Retevis, The first customers can return it for a partial refund. After confirmation by Retevis, you can return it for a replacement of new product or full refund, buyers are required to afford the return shipping fee, Retevis afford the reship shipping fee.
