The radio has a built-in Bluetooth module that allows the user to make and receive phone calls without having to remove the radio from their belt. The radio is powered by a 2000 mAh rechargeable battery, which can provide more than 15 hours of continuous use time. It has a built-in flashlight and has a belt clip for easy carrying.

Question 1: Is this compatible with any Bluetooth earpiece?
Answer 1: No, RB37 walkie talkie is not compatible with other Bluetooth headsets except the Bluetooth headset that comes with it.
Question 2: How far will the Bluetooth headset connect with RB37?
Answer 2: They can do a good job within 6 meters. If the distance is over 6 meters, the signal will be delayed or weakened.
Question 3: Will RB37 work with RT22 or RT21 Radios?
Answer 3: Yes, it can work with RT21 and RT22. Please make sure they have the same frequency and CTCSS/DCS on the same channel, then they will work together.
Question 4: Are these RB37 walkie talkies ready for VOX?
Answer 4: Yes, it has a VOX function. It can be activated by the side key to realize hands-free or set it by the software.

- In case of Buyer's Remorse(not product fault), within one month after product received, after confirmation by Retevis, The first customers can return it for a partial refund.
